Warranty Limitations
The Nathan Anthony Furniture Warranty is limited in that it is provided to you, the original purchaser and owner. The Nathan Anthony Furniture Warranty does not apply to furniture that has been abused or used for commercial purposes. The Nathan Anthony Furniture Warranty only applies to furniture used for normal residential purposes.
Our warranty does not cover products sold in "as is" condition.
Lifetime Limited Warranty - Frames, Springs, & Mechanisms
Frames, spring systems, sleeper mechanisms are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for the life of the product.
WORKMANSHIP Warranty Coverage
Our stitching, tailoring, sewn seams and zipper closures are warranted against defects in workmanship or zipper failure for three years.
BACKS AND PADDING Warranty Coverage
Our upholstered backs, back pillows and padding are warranted against defects in workmanship, materials and construction for one year.
Not Covered Under Warranty
Not warranted against normal compression of filling materials, which is not considered a loss of resiliency.
SLEEP SOFA MATTRESSES
Warranty Coverage
Our sleep sofa innerspring mattresses are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship, materials or construction for one year.
FABRICS Warranty Coverage
Our fabrics are warranted against manufacturing defects, seam slippage, fraying, excessive pilling and dye transfer for one year.
Not Covered Under Warranty
Not warranted against:
- Wrinkling or fading.
- Damages or stains resulting from accidents or use of improper cleaning methods.
Any dealer or consumer applied fabric protection treatment voids this warranty.
STANDARD SEAT CUSHIONS
Warranty Coverage
Our standard seat cushions are warranted against defects in workmanship, materials or construction for one year.
Not Covered Under Warranty
Not warranted against:
- Premature cushion wear resulting from failure to follow standard care procedures.
- Normal, slight softening of the cushion core, which is expected with aging and not considered a loss of resiliency.
- Loss of initial loft or cushion "crown" due to the normal compression of the polyester fiber wrap.
Note: Cushions employ an abundant amount of polyester fiber wrap to create deep seating comfort. The fiber wrap will compress up to 1" within the first year of use, enhancing the relaxed look and feel of the piece. This is a desirable characteristic and not a quality defect.
Service
To request service under this warranty, contact the authorized Nathan Anthony Furniture Retailer from whom you purchased your Nathan Anthony Furniture. The Retailer will in turn contact us. Arrangements must be made with the Retailer to transport the furniture to the Retail location. The Nathan Anthony Furniture Warranty does not include the cost, if any, of transportation to or from the retail location. The Retailer will contact our Factory Service Center to schedule a pick up from the Retailer and subsequent service. The Nathan Anthony Furniture Warranty does not include the cost of transporting the furniture to and from the Factory Service Center after two (2) years from the date of purchase.
Certain information is required to process a request for service. We suggest that you keep your sales receipt.
Nathan Anthony Furniture shall, in no event, be responsible for any incidental or consequential damage and in no event shall the responsibility of Nathan Anthony Furniture exceed the purchase price of the product or its replacement. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damage, so the foregoing limitation or exclusion may or may not apply to you.
