That’s what sets us apart from the big box companies who dictate what you can and can’t do. Say’s who? Family owned and operated since 2003, the Nathan Anthony line was created to breathe life into the home furnishings industry with fresh and exciting designs that draw from the arts, fashion, nature, contemporary culture and our own playful sensibilities. And our history is a rich and experienced one—thanks to NA’s own spirited principals who’ve been blissfully manufacturing quality, upholstered furniture out of the same location in Southern California since 1989.

Although we encourage playfulness in design, quality in construction is never spared. Frames are built the old-fashioned way—by hand, using heavy gauge steel springs, corner-blocked, doweled, glued and upholstered on the bench. We maintain careful attention to detail, balancing proportion with curves and lines—this is what makes for superb, stylish, long-lasting furniture.
