We use no-sag spring construction in both the seats and backs. This makes for comfortable seating while providing a firm support system that lasts the life of the sofa. Eight-way hand-tie is also available, but increases the price of any frame by about 50% or more.

We use high resiliency foam, 2 lb. Our designs are also available in a feather and down upgrade.

Yes. There is a 20% upcharge per every 6 inches. We will work with you directly to make sure all length and width dimensions are to your specifications. Each piece may vary slightly due to padding.

Generally, your order will ship in four to six weeks. Custom orders and market orders take six to eight weeks.

Yes, many of our frames are available with a sleeper, ranging from an innerspring pillow top mattress, Orthopedic spring mattress, standard innerspring mattress or a standard foam mattress.

Yes, turn around time is generally 4 days for in-stock fabrics. The minimum order is 5 yards. Please contact your sales representative for pricing.

COM orders are considered a Grade 10 and must be submitted with information including customer name, P.O. number, pattern name, number of yards, color and estimated time of delivery to our warehouse. Lead time is generally four to six weeks once we receive the fabric.
