Description

The one-of-a-kind Ripple chair, a signature playful modernist shape inspired by a hyper-glam Prada ankle boot rendered in Mid-Journey, won the Best of Year honorary product design award from Interior Design Magazine in 2023!

The RIPPLE chair features a cascading “rippled” outside back in the shape of a waxing crescent moon upholstered using a “puffer jacket” technique.

The “puffer” panel is draped across the back and upholstered around the heart-shaped seat chassis using multi-density memory foam. The seat is then finessed for comfort to create a lofty aesthetic. Its generously curved inside back is designed to greet you like a warm hug.

Technical Information

Ripple is a unique and beautiful design, limited to a certain type of upholstery fabrics. All fabric choices must be approved prior to ordering. Our award winning chairs are bench-made of kiln-dried Alder wood from sustainably harvested forests, recycled sinuous no-sag spring seating or recycled webbed seating, doweled, glued and corner-blocked joinery, high resiliency foam 2.5 pound. All orders are made in, and ship from, Los Angeles, CA USA. Make sure to check for authenticity of your Nathan Anthony products. Each product has our law label with our logo and/or will have our name tags.
