We deeply admire Claudia’s commitment to sustainability. “I’m devastated by waste and try to minimize it as much as possible,” Claudia has said in past interviews. Her firm has developed thoughtful practices to reduce, repurpose, and donate materials wherever possible. In fact, she was the first Los Angeles-based designer to align with the Good Future Design Alliance (GFDA), an organization devoted to reducing waste in the design industry by 50% over five years. It’s a mission that closely parallels our own values. We use lean manufacturing practices, craft each piece to order, and prioritize sustainability throughout every step of our process.
