LA Stories: Inside Josephine Skriver’s L.A. home, featured in Architectural Digest

Los Angeles isn’t just our home base; it’s our constant source of inspiration. The city’s diverse architecture, breathtaking landscapes, and artistic communities make it a playground for creative exploration. For us, designing in Los Angeles means capturing this city’s eclectic spirit and timeless allure.

It’s this connection to L.A. that made our recent project with fashion model Josephine Skriver so meaningful. Her Pacific Palisades home, a stunning space recently featured in Architectural Digest, reflects all the best parts of L.A. style—an effortless blend of elegance and laid-back cool. When Josephine and her interior designer, Elisa Baran Tréan, connected with us on Instagram, we were thrilled to have the opportunity to help bring her vision to life.

Elisa achieved a unique fusion of soft, inviting textures and bold, sculptural elements. The space embraces chunky, playful silhouettes and incorporates both heavy, grounding volumes and subtle bursts of color. Our Freya sofa is the perfect centerpiece for the family room, creating comfortable social seating and supporting the organic, almost whimsical forms found throughout the space.

While Josephine leans toward simplicity and muted tones, her partner musician Alexander DeLeon’s influence introduces depth, with each piece selected to add meaning and warmth, resulting in spaces that feel both modern and comforting, like a “warm hug.”

Working on this project reinforced how meaningful connections can drive creativity. L.A. is a hub where so many artists, designers, and creators converge, each bringing unique perspectives to the table. It’s this environment that allows us to collaborate with forward-thinking designers and tastemakers, like Elisa and Josephine, to shape unique living experiences.
