We invite you to apply to our Trade Program, please follow these steps:
- Download and fill out our Trade Program Application form. We require your business name, business address, a valid resale permit and a business tax ID.
- Read and sign the form.
- Return signed form and attachments to: Contact@NAfurniture.com; or fax to 323.584.1320
An account representative will review your application. If approved, you will be contacted within 72 hours (unless on weekends or holidays) to assist with account set up, explain our policies, pricing and provide login credentials to our website.
